I just found this blog today and it’s fantastic! Symbianv3.com basically focuses on applications for S60v3 devices, with some news sprinkled throughout. What I really like is that the reviews are moderately thorough, but rife with screenshots, which is always good to help me see if I want to take the time to install an app.
