Bravo, Nokia, Bravo.
I’ve ranted and raved about Nokia in the past, but you know, I really do love this company and their products, and this is one reason why:
Today they issued an apology for the 3-day delay in launching Smart2Go, and explained why. They didn’t have to do this. We were all pretty content just downloading and enjoying it a bit late. But not only were they obviously monitoring pre-release downloads, they noticed it was going to get hectic, and they’ve apparently addressed the issue.
And they publicly, via press release, apologized for the delay. I just am impressed. I’m hoping to see a few more apologies in the near future (but not holding my breath) for other stuff.
Today will be a light posting day, but I really thought this stood out and wanted to highlight it.
