Change The Display Colors On The N93i

Stefan, in playing with his Nokia N93i, has come across something that I would very much like to see implemented, though in a different, more original way. He’s discovered that you can change the font color of the outer display on the N93i. As you can see, there are 5 selections, and they are shown on the outer "hidden" LCD.

This is something I’d like to see, though I want it on the keypad backlight. I first thought of it on my Nokia N80 when I had a red theme on it. The phone looked awesome in black with a red theme, but in the dark, those blasted keypad lights are bright blue!! Why not a menu selection that would let you change the keypad backlight to match your theme? It wouldn’t be too difficult, just make the characters white and then use multi-color LEDs behind them. Anyone remember changing those LEDs on our old non-color screen Nokias? Like that, only cheaper and in the menus.
