An Evening With S60 – Deets

A followup to my post on the announcement of the Evening with S60 event at the NYC Nokia Flagship store comes from Phil at See Into S60 today. He’s given us the low-down on the showdown, complete with links to the YouTube and Flickr accounts to watch, as well as notification that there will be some liveblogging, as well as a few interviews.

I wish I could have gone to this event, though Phil does mention that he’s pushing for 2 more events, one in London and one in Helsinki. There will be plenty of toys there, though, including the N95, E90, famous 6290 running S60v3 FP2, and my precious the N75. DarlaMack already has strict instructions to find out what firmware that N75 is running for me, and I’m sure there will be no shortage of pics and videos from our blogging friends lucky enough to go. Enjoy, guys!

An Evening With S60 – NYC

Phil over at See Into S60 has announced An Evening with S60, an exclusive event for readers of S60 blogs, to be held at the NYC Nokia Flagship store. Sounds like an awesome evening, including hands-on with some of the latest S60 devices, a killer networking opportunity, and a demo/hands on with S60 3rd edition FP2 with Mikko Rontynen, the Head of S60 Platform Marketing, among other great stuff.

I honestly wish I could go, but it’s in NYC, and I’m in Texas. Plus I just took 2 days off and I have several proposals due this week and next. If I had a little more planning time, I could probably do it, but oh well. If you’re in the NYC area, you can pop on over to Phil’s blog and request an RSVP, space is limited so hurry up!
