Fring, that MOIP app that we love to love, has updated to 3.0, and added SIP to it’s repertoire. They’ve even put together a great how-to video showing a call from an N80 running Fring, to the landline, through a Gizmo SIP account.
Great job, guys, as always. Oh, and I WANT one of those Fring coffee mugs. Here’s the video:

I see a few other companies have developed this too like http://www.barablu.com Where does that leave Vonage I wonder? The pay as you go route offered by barablu and fring etc. seems to make more sense if you can pick up a cheap IP Phone
