Pics of the White 6110 Navigator

Nokia 6110 Navigator, originally uploaded by BeerBong_SF.

Above are links to the Flickr gallery of plenty of comparison pics next to an N73. This particular shot caught my eye, though. I think it’s a screenshot, but it could also be of the box. Anyone else notice what’s wierd?

You’re RIGHT! The Route 66 logo on the bottom. With Nokia launching Smart2Go, and the recent discoveries that most of the S60v3 Navigation apps out there won’t initially be able to use the built-in GPS on newer models, what gives?

Keep an eye on Symbian-Freak.com as more info will surely come.

    Interesting.

I assumed too that the 6110 Navigator would use Smart2Go, since it seems to Nokia’s in-house navigation/map solution.

But no, the 6110 Navigator really uses Route 66, and it’s not any secret: http://www.66.com/route66/news.php?cid=UK&sec=0&ssec=1&news=1080
