I hope you’ve all enjoyed these fun videos. I got nothing against the iPhone, I just get sick of all the over-hyping of it without pointing out the glaring blemishes. I love Nokias, but (as I’m sure you know) I have no problems pointing out the drawbacks.
I’m really excited now that we finally have some 3rd party iPhone reviews pointing out actual features of the iPhone, and in the meantime, we have another video for you outlining one of the features it does NOT have – GPS (and you can’t add GPS via software upgrades, either). In this episode, iPhone and N95 decide to go to lunch, but poor iPhone makes a startling discovery – Google is free!
Only 2 more left till iDay. Frankly, I have a strong feeling that come Friday, I’m going to grab a 12-pack and some steaks and enjoy a completely unplugged day. Unless someone wanted to stop by with an iPhone. Then I would play.

Sorry, that one was a bit lame compared to the previous ones which were spot on and really funny.
Not that I disagree with what it says, but I think it needed something more to really drive the point home.

How about focusing on something really useful like the Standby Screen. On my N73 (or and N95) I can see all my appointments and todos for the day just by looking at it. How many steps will that take on an iPhone.
Also, talk about the dedicated music buttons. To advance a song you have to pick up the iPhone and look at it. On a Symbain phone I can just press 6 (or press a dedicated music button on an N75 – even better). I think that there are much better arguments to be made. Although I know that these commercials are just for fun, look at the kind of responses you get, on both sides. So many annoying fanboys (apple and symbian).
How about voice dialing? Copy and paste?

Billy Madison circ. 2007….
5th grader – “I think the iPhone is the best phone ever made”
Billy M. – “While the iPhone is a good phone i would have to disagree and say that the Nokia N95 is the best phone ever made”
5th grader – “The Nokia N95 suck”
Billy M. – “You know what…YOU SUCK!!!”
now that would be a great remake…
