Blog Meme - Send Someone A Cup Of Coffee
This actually started as a confusion. I mis-linked my friend p@sco earlier, and as explanation I said "I need a coffee." He thought I meant I wanted him to send me a coffee, so he did, by starting his own blog meme. And one that I’m a huge fan of. It’s just one on one, and I’m going to add the requirement that you send the coffee to a blogger in a different country.
It’ll be interesting to see the different napkins and mugs and handwriting through this. Thus, I’m going to tag my friend Xen, of Xellular Identity.
There’s a great story behind my mug, as well. I’ve always grown up
obsessed with Corvettes. I think they’re absolutely the sexiest cars
ever built, and have always been obsessed with them. My sophomore year
in college, me and my buddy Philly were hanging out at Thanksgiving and
talking about how cool it would be to go to the National Corvette
Museum in Bowling Green, KY. Well, come Christmas we were still talking
about it, though by now we were thinking, "hey, we’d be halfway there,
we might as well go all the way to NYC!" So we recruited two more and
the four of us drove from Dallas, TX to NYC for Spring Break, stopping
at the National Corvette Museum on the way back, and I bought two of
these mugs, just in case one ever got broken, I’d have a spare.
