Free Ram on the N81 and N95 8GB Screenshots
You can always count on your Symbian Guru to bring you the information that matters. When everyone else is reporting on the specs that I reported on back in May, I’m bringing you actual screenshots of Handy Taskman running on the N81 and N95 8GB. Was it a pain? Yes. I had to distract the demo girls long enough to spend some time on the web, but I was able to get it done. Enjoy.
This first one is from the N81, showing ~38MB free to the user. This was NOT after a reboot, so it could be slightly more after a fresh reboot.
This second one is from the 8GB N95, showing a whopping ~80MB of free RAM to the user. That’s simply phenomenal.

Geez this is great…i love my N95 and all but Nokias tactics just piss me off. All other minor iprovements aside, why did nokia not originally include more RAM in the original N95? Oh…that’s right, they knew exactly what they were doing..it was all in their roadmap (make more money)

n81 has scrolling like one in ipod… wow, it is showed in one youtube film(only one)
where can i buy the n95 US version?
suggestion for nokia: the n95 8gb could be connectable with the memory card reader throgh the usb slot!!! that could make the data transfer easier. as i think it would just be a firmware issue to enable that future.
