S60.com’s New Feature Wishlist

Screenshot
First they had the application wishlist. If you’re not familiar, it’s a developer’s tool, mainly, if you’re looking for a project. In Digg-fashion, users can submit applications that they want, and then other users can vote on whether that’s a needed application or not. There’s also a way to submit an application if you feel it addresses a wish.

Phil at S60 has hinted before that they were working on more things like this, and the next edition is now available to you, the Features Wishlist. So what’s at the top right now? Surprise surprise, MORE RAM is the number one. I think, with the new N95 getting an estimated whopping 40MB of RAM, the N81 having 40MB free, and the N76 having the same, that Nokia is listening and making the change for future devices. Never hurts to have it on the wishlist, too.

Is there a feature missing on S60 phones that you’d like Nokia to know
about? Well then scoot on over there and submit your wish. It’s got the
same Digg functions, so you can vote on features that you REALLY want.

Here is my wishlist. How about fixing (and acknowledging) the problems in the current V12 firmware :)

I’ve heard that they have a new firmware for the N95 planned in October. Maybe it’ll get pushed up?
