The N95 8GB started shipping just a few days ago, but several bloggers were able to get their hands on an early production model. My friends at AllAboutSymbian, as well as Matt from Nokia Geek and James from Nokia Creative, and PseudoFinn from Nokiausers.com have all posted some pretty in-depth looks at this new version of the venerable N95.
Steve at AllAboutSymbian unboxes it, and also gives a hearty review of just about all the features.
Matt the Nokia Geek has done a few videos, and has said that the first episode of Drinking with the Geek will be up soon, so be sure to check back for that. He’s taking the N95 8GB to his local pub to get reactions from non-geeks of the beautiful new handset. Let’s hope none of them drop it in a pint!
James Burland over at Nokia Creative has been taking one day at a time with it and focusing on individual features, much as I have been doing with the N81 8GB. He’s got some killer pictures and videos of the device, as well.
PsuedoFinn from Nokiausers.net (which I mentioned yesterday) also has one, and will be providing more coverage over the next week or so.
Also, Darla let us know that the Nokia N95 8GB is now available at both the Chicago and New York Nokia Flagship Stores for $779 unlocked. Is the price worth the bigger screen, 8GB of storage, and improved buttons?
