New Site and More Updates

You might have noticed that I’ve been extremely busy lately, without really telling why. I’m now excited to introduce you to the first part of my latest project, Tablet-Guru.com!!
I’ve been writing about the Nokia Internet Tablets since I got my N800 here on Symbian-Guru, but since the Tablet doesn’t run Symbian, it doesn’t really fit the context of the site. Thus, we have the first official Symbian-Guru spin-off, Tablet-Guru.com. The feed is ready to be consumed, but the site design and layout will change over the next few weeks.
Also coming soon is a complete redesign of Symbian-Guru, hopefully more reader-friendly, with a focus on being able to easily find older content such as application reviews and how-tos that you guys find useful. The new Symbian-Guru will launch officially on November 25th, which will be 1 year of Guru-goodness! Stay tuned for that.
In addition, I wanted to point out the Official Symbian-Guru Swag Store in the top left of the site, if there’s something you’d like that isn’t in there, let me know, I’ll put it together real quick. I’ve also got some REALLY cool guests lined up for Chatting with the Guru, so stay tuned. Apologies for the lack of a podcast yesterday. I’ve been busy planning something HUGE this weekend.

I would request you combine the two sites. IMO no need to add yet another one to follow separetely. Of course I will even if you do but..
I would suggest you properly arrange the layout of this site, i mean add borders between the sections and color differentiation. Currently, it looks like all the sections are clumsily pasted here and there.
I am incline to agree with Viipottaja above. “People first” as my boss used to say - and in this context I mean that you, Ricky Cadden the person, are the selling point. Without going into some geeky taxonomy lecture, it’s:
1. “Sybian Guru”/Ricky Cadden web personality
2. Any and all things relating to the Symbian OS including social events, mobile lifestyle and cultural subjects ( where are all the pics from that Nokia party in LA anyway? )
3. News and reviews on individual Nokia devices.
Consider making the jump from multiple, and mildly confusing blog frameworks to Drupal and have everything easily accessible in ONE place.
P.S. Drupal has a new Asterisk module so you could really integrate calling into the site:

Hey Ricky, here’s an idea . . . Why not just feature Table Guru posts within Symbian Guru, the green guru logo easily delineates the change from Symbian to Maemo, so perhaps there really is no need for a separate blog? Just an idea.
