Spinvox for Social Networks

alienposter
I’ve written about Spinvox before, and it’s something I use on occasion. It’s often easier (and MUCH safer) for me to use Spinvox to call in an update to Jaiku or Facebook than to text it, or worse, use a web-based form. If I’m cruising down the freeway, I’ll pick Spinvox. Yes, I know I could just wait, but what’s the fun in that?

You can use Spinvox to blog, but that’s not something the average Joe Consumer does. Joe Consumer doesn’t blog. He reads blogs. However, nowadays, it’s very highly likely that Joe Consumer has Facebook, and maybe even Jaiku or Twitter. Awesome, Joe, here’s your phone, you have minutes, you can update freely now.

Phoneboy highlighted Spinvox here, as did Ewan over at SMStextnews.com. It’s really a very popular service, and only going to get more popular as things progress. I know they have TONS of cool things in the pipeline, one that I hope to bring to you guys real soon.

The service is free for right now, and they also offer several other voice-to-text services, so check it out and see what you’ve been missing.
