Unlimited Drinks London: Dec 3rd
My apologies to any Israeli readers of Symbian-Guru, and to my friends Jeb and Ewan, but I missed the boat in passing the information about the first Unlimited Drinks event in Tel Aviv, Israel. However, you can read all about that one over at SMStextnews.com.
Luckily, I am still a few days early in letting you know about the next Unlimited Drinks event happening in London on December the 3rd (which is this weekend). The location is Number3Bar on New Burlington Street, just off Regent Street. There is a fair use policy (read = don’t get wasted and make a fool of yourself) but the drinks are unlimited, and Ewan has secured ‘a veritable LOAD’ of food, as well. Things kick off at 6pm and run until you’re ready to leave.
There’s no cost to get in, but you will need to RSVP to Ewan before hand if you want to get in (has to be some sort of control, you know). All you need to do to RSVP is shoot Ewan an email at ewan@smstextnews.com with the subject line “UNLIMITED DRINKS = YES” and you’ll be added to the list. It’s really that simple. You might want to put a note somewhere if you’re bringing a friend, though, as well.
So what exactly is Unlimited Drinks? It’s an event setup for you to meet and chat with other smart mobile people, specifically if you work in or around the mobile industry, though you’re welcome to come if you’re just *really* passionate about the mobile industry. Be sure to bring PLENTY of business cards, as well.
