Nokia N95 8GB and Mobile Video Hat
I’m also excited to let you know that Dotsisx will be receiving an N95 8GB in short order, as well. That means you can expect some hardcore coverage of the device over the next few weeks. As usual, please leave any questions that you have about the device here, and I’ll make sure to answer them as soon as possible.
Initial thoughts? It’s a pretty sexy device, really. The screen is now flush with the front of the phone, which is REALLY nice and a feature that Nokia’s started doing on more handsets. It also has the same RAM and battery improvements of the N95-3. The front buttons have been shrunk, to make room for the bigger screen.
Mine is built really solid. Like, very little wobble, if any, on the slide. It also boots up REALLY fast. It’s pretty sick. The one that I received is the Spiderman 3 Edition, which has the full version of Spiderman 3 pre-loaded onto the device. I think this is an interesting movie choice. There are also several images available, though I think it would have been *REALLY* cool to have had a Spiderman 3 theme loaded on as well.
Mine didn’t come with Spidey3 but out of the box my menu’s were a damn sight more responsive than yours.

Hey Ricky i guess you should have switched it on before taking this video, i know this was an unboxing video, but phones usually take a hell lot of time when booting for the 1st time, as many apps are being installed from memory cad and what not! i guess that was the reason your N95-8GB was so damn slow! but anyway damn sexy phone! :)
Hey Ricky.Nice unboxing video but the video was therein My Videos itself and the phone is slow as it is the first time you booted it.So it takes time to get runnig.I got mine and its good.
the n95 8gb is already available on the nokia.com site
but im wondering if itll fully work here in the US, or would i have to get it unlocked on ebay or somethin’
