Star Wars Coming To Ngage
I realize I’m terribly late with this one, but I wanted to report it anyways cause I think it’s cool. Announced at Nokia World 2007 is the new Star Wars game coming to Ngage as soon as it’s launched. The game was developed by THQ Wireless and has a really interesting storyline, different from most Star Wars games.
In Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, players play as Darth Vader’s ‘Secret Apprentice’ and aid the Sith Lord in ridding the universe of Jedi. The game is set in the time between Episode III and Episode IV, and offers an expansive story and really good graphics. Gameplay is really innovative, I was able to watch a demo of it being played on an N73. The handset’s entire keypad is used and moves are completed by pressing a specific combination of buttons in a row. This will make it easier to play on the different handsets being launched, and I’m really looking forward to playing it on my own.
Is it really a launch title? The demo video showed Spring 2008, and the N-Gage showroom still does not feature this one.
