		<description>I&#039;m not a big fan of the business model myself.  First, as you said, it could jack up the price of the devices themselves.  How much does Universal think a year of unlimited music (which you later keep) is worth?  It could hurt Nokia if they&#039;re priced out of the market of Sony-Ericsson or, say, the iPhone.

Also, there&#039;s the question of dissatisfaction.  If you dislike your Nokia phone, you&#039;ve just paid for a full year&#039;s worth of music whether you like it or not.  And since it&#039;s protected WMA, heaven forbid if you decide to switch to Linux, the Mac, or even just a phone that doesn&#039;t use WMA.</description>
