What’s Up With S60 And Your Wishes?

S60.com have been rolling out an S60 Feature Wishlist and an S60 Applications Wishlist for a while now. The first one lets you tell the S60 team what features you would love to see natively supported and improved on the S60 interface, the second lets you tell developers what applications you would love to see on your S60 device. I submitted a couple of wishes myself and rated other people’s, and although I thought the idea was great, I was waiting to see some feedback from the S60 team. Well, fortunately they just did post an overview of all results that came through the Feature Wishlist. The most frequent requests came in the UI and usability category and the PIM category. Highly expected. The Applications Wishlist still doesn’t have a round up page, but you can’t blame S60, since it is aimed at developers and not their own team.

Another welcome change in the S60.com website is that you can now review the software in the applications catalogue. It is a nice feature so people can read other’s comments before downloading or trying a new software.
