Motorola Z10 Runs Symbian UIQ

I realize most of you think that Symbian-Guru.com is limited to Nokia’s S60 devices, but true to the name, I bring you news today of Motorola’s announcement last night of the much-rumored Z10 kick-slider. The Z10 is based on Symbian UIQ, but the non-touchscreen version, similar to what the Z8 runs on.
Specs are decent, with a 3.2 megapixel camera and video editing software on-board. The display is a 2.2″ QVGA (240×320 pixel) resolution, and the phone, frankly, is kind of attractive. Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) with WCDMA (2100MHz) is also built-in.
Personally, I think it’s rather interesting that UIQ is now moving into non-touchscreen devices and S60 is moving into touchscreen devices. I wonder how well S60 will do the touchscreen thing, and I’m really hoping I’m able to get my mitts on a Z10 so that I can check out the non-touchscreen version of UIQ.
What do you think?

What do I think?
I think it’s great to see other Series 60 devices popping up in the non-smartphone form factor. I’m not a huge Motorola fan, but I agree the Z10 is eye catching. I’m curious to see how well it will be accepted in the U.S. where Motorola’s vowel-less phones seem to be prevalent.
Looks like they tweaked the UI some more. I like what I see here. Not sure that it will be a bad seller, but it could have been called the RAZR Banana and made a bigger impact
Hmmm … looks pretty nice but a 2.2″ screen is really a pain to look at.
