Probably a clone at that price. But should still work - I got what turned out to be a clone on eBay and it works just fine.

Be warned, most USB to Nokia power port adapters will only actually charge the battery if it's not totally drained or very low. It'll start to charge then a few seconds later simply stop :-(

I don't know why this is, but I suspect it's because the 5v from USB ports isn't quite enough to give the battery the boost it needs when it's below a certain point. Maybe the CA-100 is different and Nokia have put in something clever.

Still, I prefer the extendible cables that Proporta sell.

I got mine for 99p of ebay. Shop around!
What is most annoying is that the phone rejects charge from USB when the battery is low :(
Surely that's when you most need it. My guess is that the 5v from USB doesn't have a current limiter like a good charger would so with low battery you get high current and that makes it fall over.

I received the two I ordered last week, and used it with my Nokia E61i for the first time last night. I suspect that it fried my battery, as it's now almost completely drained and won't take a charge from the wall adapter that came with it!

Needless to say, buyer beware. I'm pretty pissed at this...
