JaikuInvites.com Gets You In
I’ve covered the S60v3 Jaiku application here on Symbian-Guru.com before, and know tons of readers on there. However, when Google purchased the social microblogging service last year, they closed it off to new accounts and gave current users a limited number of invites. This has prevented many of you from enjoying the service, and I’m pleased to let you know, there’s a solution.
JaikuInvites.com is a new site that’s really simple. It allows current users to share their invites with potential Jaikunauts really easily. Obviously it’s free, and just hoping to help increase the community over at Jaiku.com.
Potential Jaikunauts - all you need to do is head over to JaikuInvites.com and click on “Need an Invite?” You’ll enter your email address and then sit back and wait. You’ll soon receive the invite directly from an existing user.
Current Jaikunauts - You’ve got a little bit more work to do, but not much. First, login to Jaiku, and then click on this link: http://jaiku.com/contacts/invite. It will tell you how many invites you currently have to share. Then, head on over to JaikuInvites.com and log your email address, along with the number of invites you’re able to share.
That’s it. The system will hook one up with the other, and connect the two via email. I’ve shared all 6 invites that I have left, and the more we have joining, the more new users and interesting conversations we’ll have going on.

Well, I’m on Jaiku now (bvlad) thanks to what I found out in this post. So thank you.
Hey- it’s Vlad. One of my invitees.
Really great service, the Jaiku Invites. I shared 8 invites yesterday- it’s definitely working!
