S60 And Milan, A Match Made In Heaven

S60 And Milan, A Match Made In Heaven

Following what has now become a tradition, the team at S60.com has had yet another fun and refreshing “Evening With S60″ yesterday night. After the having held the event in NYC, Chicago, Helsinki, LA, London, Hong Kong, Miami, [edit thanks to Saara Bergstrom] and China, the team has moved one step closer to the Mediterranean by holding their evening night in Milan.

Saara Bergstrom from the S60 Blogs just posted a recap of the night, which looks like a mixture of fun and friendliness, as well as a great opportunity to get to know the people behind the scenes and have some insightful discussions with them. The night was animated by recent device demonstrations, the Breaker game which apparently Italians had no trouble whatsoever adapting to, as well as an N82 giveaway.

Saara has also posted a link to the Flickr and the Ovi picture galleries, as well as an elegant dedicated S60 3rd theme for your devices, quite in the same looks as the one S60 did for Miami.

Before concluding, I also want to add that after looking at the series of regions where these events were held, I can’t help but notice the absence of any African, South American and Middle Eastern city. I hope the S60 team expands its reach to these regions, as I bet there are many fans out there who are eagerly waiting for them. I also wish there is an iteration of the event here in Beirut, although I am not getting my hopes up.
