Rita was contacted concerning her thoughts on the new Ngage platform, which officially launches tomorrow. The unofficial launch happened on Thursday, though, as we announced here. Rita chats with WSJ correspondent Adam Ewing about how Ngage is definitely full of potential, but there are some limitations that need to be addressed.
