SanDisk Class 4 8GB MicroSD For Under $50
My buddy PseudoFinn from NokiaUsers.net linked me up to a heck of a deal over at Amazon.com today, they’ve got the SanDisk Class 4 8GB microSD card for a pithy $50, not bad if you’re looking to load your phone up with some memory. Class 4 is the 2nd fastest speed, capable of writing at 4mb/s.
Also, for owners of the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet or Nokia N73, or other handsets that use miniSD card, you can get a microSD-to-miniSD adapter included for an extra $1. Not to shabby to max out your removable memory card slot, is it?
Enjoy, everyone.

Hey Ricky, would older mini SD devices like the N73 be compatible with, and support the larger amount of memory, even if through the adapter? If this works, It’d be pretty great!
Qasim - I believe that the latest N73 firmware update would include compatibility with miniSDHC’s, and thus, with this, as well. However, I’m not 100% positive. I’ll see if I can find out and will update the post when I do.
Hey Ricky, did you find anything about whether microSD cards like that 8Gb one would work on miniSD phones, using an adapter?
I’m considering getting one for my N80. It’s strange though. MiniSD cards are bigger than micro, and plain old SD cards are bigger than both mini and micro. If they can pack up to 32 gb in a micro card, shouldn’t they be able to pack even more in the bigger card standards.
