Video and Audio Podcast Roundup

Video and Audio Podcast Roundup

I’m attempting to clear out things that I’ve wanted to post about, and I noticed I have several podcasts that I really enjoyed and wanted to pass along to you guys (and girls). Most of these have podcasts, and are listed in the Symbian-Guru OPML file, which you can download and import into your favorite podcatching application, to easily subscribe to several mobile, tech, and Symbian-related podcasts.

First up is Oren Levine, of the S60 Marketing group, over on the Voice of S60 podcast. Saara does a great job chatting with Oren about development and that sort of thing, and it’s totally worth the listen, though the audio is somewhat muffled, so you’ll want headphones or a loud set of speakers for this one.

Next up is my friends Ken Camp and Sheryl Breuker on the Incidental Interview series, up to episode 13 now. I realize this one is old, but it’s a good listen anyways. Ken knows more about VOIP than most people I know, and it’s interesting to find out more. Ken and Sheryl also have a video podcast, GeekSpeakTV, which you can check out here.

Third mention is a fun video with Mark Squires, head of Social Media Communications at Nokia. Mark chats a bit about Nokia’s newest project, Nokia Conversations (link not live yet), headed up by Charlie Schick, and describes himself with some interesting tags, you’ll have to watch to find out.

Stefan also found this video of Francesco Cara, Nokia Design Strategist, speaking at the 2008 LIFT Conference. Francesco looks into how Nokia devices interact with the different ecosystems, and how other manufacturers are doing the same.
