It's not a software you can install – the FM transmitter hardware has to be in your phone, and it's not present in the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.

I think this option won’t be available in every market. Some countries have laws that not allow for radio transmitting without a license. And I hope N96 got transmitter also, looks very cool :D
