Webster’s Dictionary on your Mobile
Mike over at the Nokia N82 blog has found a killer little piece of freeware, the Websters dictionary, for your S60v3 handset. Simon Judge is the creator, and he’s done a fantastic job of bringing the full dictionary to your handset. The file is rather large for an application, at 6MB, but it includes all of the data, so you will not need an internet connection to perform a search, which is very convenient.
The S60 3rd Edition Dictionary will report back the part of speech and features the entire Webster’s Dictionary index. That means this is a perfect companion for those serious Scrabble and Boggle players, as well as just anyone needing to lookup the definition of a word.
