E51 Gets Firmware Update, NSU Team Working Overtime
I’m in disbelief, really, as it seems like the Nokia Software Update team has been working overtime to pump out these updates that we’ve all been waiting for. It all started with the Nokia E90 getting its firmware update, and then the N95-3 owners were finally blessed with their much-needed update. The N95-4 has been gifted, and this morning we brought the news of the older E61i being granted pass.
Now, Vaibhav Sharma, over at The Symbian blog, has posted that the E51 is updated, as well, with product code 0546184 confirmed to show v200.34.36 update. Unfortunately, early reports indicate that this E51 update is, like the E61i, only small bug fixes and stability/speed improvements. Flash Lite 3 seems to be missing, for instance.
No matter, we’ll take any firmware update you want to give us, Nokia. Keep it up!
Could it be that Flash Lite support is another differentiation between the N and E series?
With all the updates going on, can you put out a list of all devices and what firmware they have been updated to?
Mmm, I got an E51 a month ago, it hangs more than 5 times and rebooted, but it’s extremely a great phone, specially to be that slim and the WLAN support.

whilst the other code of 0546184 e51
firmware is v200.34.36

I updated my nokia e51 phone software, but after that the blackberry connect stopped working, i tried installing it many times.. but was never successful..
can any one tell me how can i get my blackberry back on e51 on software version 200.34.36

I’ve tried to install the firmware on my unlocked e51, including after being prompted by latest version of SW Updater, without luck. Following instructions to remove battery, connect charger, press power button also fail. Any ideas, anyone?
