N95-4 8GB NAM Feels The Update Love

Nokia appears to be in a giving mood lately, since the N95-3 *finally* got its long overdue update, they’ve also quietly updated the N95-4 8GB NAM. V20.2.005 was also released yesterday, though we’re not quite sure what the changes are. The N95 8GB NAM already had the luxury of Flash Lite 3 and demand paging, in addition to Web Runtime support.

JohnnyBruha over at ThoughtsonS60 has updated his handset, and can’t really find any big changes, though he does note that SportsTracker is now preinstalled. If you have an N95-4 8GB NAM, you can use Nokia’s Software Update through Windows XP to do the update. JohnnyBruha also mentions that he uses NSU with Vista, which is currently not supported, though it worked ok. Be sure to read his miniguide, and try at your own risk.
