I apologize for the delay, it’s been a bit crazy, what with being in Boston for the Evening with S60 and all. However, last week’s Driving with the Guru is filmed on location in Boston, MA (some of you may recognize the bridge in the leader), and I’ve got a guest, Stefan Constantinescu of IntoMobile.com, in the car with me.Stefan’s glovebox surprise is a fun new slider that he was impressed with, while I’ve got the Nokia N78, which we gave away during the Evening with S60 in Boston last Thursday. Tune on in and come along for the ride!

Also, don’t forget that I’m currently looking for new leader footage, from all around the world. Just take about 1 minute of footage through the windshield, while you’re traveling down the road/street/path/freeway. You can email that footage to the Share on Ovi channel here: rcadden.dwtgleaders.maid@share.ovi.com and I’ll start featuring those soon.

  1. Great video, brings a whole new meaning to using a phone whilst driving lol. Nice to finally put faces to names too. I will certainly be filming a short clip for you guys right here in Finland tomorrow.

    Keep up the good work.!

  2. Do you think it’s safe to shoot the video while driving ? I mean, if you’re not the driver it’s okay then, but otherwise you should care more for your life (and for other people on the road lifes too)… Driving with the Guru videos just grew on me in a very short time, and I like your blog too; it would be a pity if something should happen to you because of the shooting man.
Anyway, keep it up and take care !

  3. Just finished watching this new episode yesterday.

I was about to laugh to death,
(with all the respect for what you are doing)
not because of the content, but because of the insanely crazy idea of driving while filming yourself.

That said being said you got som skills in driving. Was watching were your eyes was and for several seconds it was on the N82.
You looked a bit pumped up when you were changing lines, but you managed that very well.

I’m glad that it all went okay in the traffic.

Looking forward for more posts from you.

  4. @Cheung Yuen Wong - I used to do the show like that completely, but found that the quality was suffering, and safety became an issue. It’s certainly not easy to do, that’s for sure.

  5. Haha, i just caught on this one, love it when stefan says you’re about to hit a cow! LMAO!

  6. Just about to fire over my video now.!

  7. Dam, even compressed, its too big to email.!

  8. @Micky - If you have a Share on Ovi account, I *believe* you can upload it through their web-based upload form.

  9. Yes, i do, i will give that a go, and let you know how I get on.!

    Micky

  10. Here you go, see if this works.!
