Game Away On Your N95s

Game Away On Your N95s

I know a lot of N95 owners have been wondering why the multimedia keys crammed on the top part of the slider didn’t work as N-gage gaming keys, like on the N81. Fact is that those keys are very convenient to have, and they make gaming in landscape mode a pleasant experience.

Well, my and your prayers have been answered a while ago by Tzer2 over at AllAboutNgage through the N95 as a gaming device review, something I picked up but was swamped and never got time to try, in order to confirm. Now that I did, I can say that my N95’s multimedia keys work as gaming keys, and so far the experience is pretty nice.

Tzer2 has published a nice video to prove to you that it works, so head over there if you’re still in disbelief. Did you, N95 owners, try it? Does it work on your device? If not, is it an operator branded one?

  1. on my N95-4, it works great. when i first read about it on AAN, i tried it with Fifa 2008. it makes the gaming experience much better due to the easier to use landscape view.

  2. search for magickey and install - you can activate all the multimedia keys for gaming in landscape mode (currently play/ pause and stop keys work, but not forward/ reverse). with magickey, you can use the forward/reverse keys too…with all games and not just ngage games. works extremely well with c2doom, quake and other non- ngage games. try it, i swear you wont regret it!

  3. rp, I saw it a few days ago, downloaded it on my pc but have yet to install on my phone and try… i think i will do it soon
