New Audio Podcasts From The Mobile World

New Audio Podcasts From The Mobile World

I’ve been catching up with my podcasts lately, and found a few that I wanted to share with you. First, tremendous apologies to the crew at AllAboutSymbian.com, I’ve realized that the audio podcast feed has been left out of my Symbian-Guru OPML file for a few months now. I’m not real sure how it happened, but it did, and it’s been fixed.

Also, yours truly was invited along on the latest episode of the AllAboutSymbian Insight podcast, with my friends Ewan Spence and Rafe Blandford, chatting about all manner of recent announcements, including some good chatter about the recent Apple/iPhone/MobileMe announcements. You can add the feed with this link, or simply re-download the OPML file here to get the feed.

Also, I quickly mentioned in a previous post, but I wanted to highlight the SMStextnews Podcast real quickly. They’re already up to episode 9, which is great, and though quite long, they’re quite fun to listen to, especially now that they’ve got the audio sorted out. I’ve also added this feed to the OPML file, so that’s handy for you, as well.

In case you’re wondering, there’s no end in sight for the current hiatus from the Chatting with the Guru audio podcast, though I’ve discussed a few options with some people recently. Frankly, while I enjoyed the actual conversations that I was able to have, the whole setup and after-editing was a complete chore, and something that I simply do not have the proper time for. Hopefully I’ll be able to bring it back later, but that’s the current status.

If you’ve got any audio or video podcasts that are compatible with S60 handsets, and you’d like to see added to the Symbian-Guru OPML file, leave it in the comments or send me an emailĀ  and I’ll check it out!

  1. I didn’t notice that either since I had both the old and the new opml file.

I see now that the link to the allaboutsymbian podcast is a duplicate on another show.

    Things like that happens.

Thanks a lot however for presenting several different shows I else wouldn’t have heard of.
