Driving With The Guru Ep 45 – Dotsisx Has Lots Of Toys
**Update** Thanks to those who left a comment about the quality of the video. I’m not sure where the problem occurred, but I’ve pulled the video and will hopefully be able to re-edit without the hiccups and errors. Thanks again, and we’re real sorry about that.
Come one, come all, to yet another episode of Driving with the Guru, hosted by Dotsisx. This week, Dotsisx has several fun toys to share with you, such as the Nokia E90, which she’s been using as a laptop, for better or worse, the Nokia N81 8GB, which is loaded up with a handful of the latest N-Gage games for us to review, and even a couple of Bluetooth headsets. All in all, there’s tons to see, so this is one episode you won’t want to miss! The Guru will be back in action next week, along with a few hot new gadgets of his own.
Thanks again for watching, and don’t forget, you can subscribe to the show with this link, or you can download the Symbian-Guru OPML file to import a handful of mobile/tech/internet related podcasts into your podcatching app of choice.

The sound is really bad. The intro is normal but Rita’s voice lags and is almost impossible to listen to and understand (something like this: bat…atter…ery…li..life…is…s) Maybe repost a better version?

Hey, Guru
Another great show! I like how you’ve packaged good podcasts as a OPML file. Your user might also enjoy my daily video podcast, the Nokia Daily News. You can find the podcast link over at http://nseriesus.com!
Keep up the good work!

I don’t know it it’s only me but I find the video downloaded quite out off sync. Also been downloading this episode twice on my phone now.
Going to try to restart my phone and give it a third try.
As always thanks for a great show
Something is wrong with your video. Whatever happened when it was transcoded screwed up the sync.
Good to know that it wasn’t my phone that was acting weird.
Transcoding problems often occur if e.g. the processor is not strong enough or while using RAM intensive things at the same time.
I often sometimes transcode my movies to the SmartMovie .avi format and if I use my laptop too extensively the resulting video often will be hacking.
This can also be the case if the processor gets to hot while transcoding the video.
(I assume maybe a combination of both as you probably used your new laptop?)
Thanks in advance for fixing this.
Meanwhile I’ll watch the video online so this is no big deal.
:-)
Seems I was a bit quick on my first lines of comments.
I thought you had two different files uploaded.
One for the mobile version and another one for the online version.
Guess I was wrong with that.
Anyway I’ll wait patiently for the re-edit of this episode.
