Take Your Favorite Seat Tomorrow, I’ll Be Taking Mine Friday
We have received an invitation here at Symbian-Guru to attend a live event held by Nokia tomorrow, Tuesday 26th of August at 11AM Finnish time, that’s 8AM GMT if you want to convert it to your local time. The event’s page is now showing a relaxing leather seat with “Take Your Favorite Seat And Participate in discovering how convergence meets Nokia’s exciting solutions” written beneath it.
The event isn’t exclusive for bloggers or press, so all of you will be able to view it at http://events.nokia.com and even participate in the live conversation that will be going on at the same time on Tangler. If you happen to be living in the USA and don’t have the habits of an owl, then you can sleep tonight and rest assured that we will bring you all the news here on Symbian-Guru so that you don’t miss a thing.
I also received an email with the same leather seat image a few days ago from Nokia’s marketing agency here in Lebanon, and this is what was written beneath it:
Take your favorite seat and participate in discovering the latest in convergence and mobility with Nokia Nseries.
Nokia speakers will give insights on Design, Services & Software and Product Management, and introduce new and fascinating devices.
The event is scheduled for Friday August 29th, 3 days after the worlwide live one held by Nokia in Finland, which is the same amount of time between the E66 and E71 worldwide annoucement and their local launch here in Lebanon, that I attended and covered a while ago (reading links: N78, E66, E71).
If I could take any hints and links between both leather seat invitations, then I would assume we have some new handsets coming our way tomorrow, that I will hopefully be able to handle on Friday. What are your guesses? What would you like to see? And when the announcement is made live tomorrow, be sure to drop here any questions you have about these handsets so that I can check everything out on Friday, in case my guess is correct and I have them in my hands.

There are 4 phone I’ve been eyeing.
The N96 is of course one of them, then we have the Samsung i8510, the Sony Xperia and the LG KC910 via GSM arena.
Other than that there isn’t any phone currently out there that can match the overall specs and usefulness of my N82
There is one phone that also seems interesting but some have speculated if that is just a hoax or marketing advertisement for the T3 Magazine as they are the only ones that knows the specs of the phone.
(Btw, wasn’t T3 going to make a mobile? I remember to have read a rumour about it maybe 2-3 years ago)
