Certain S60 models get the full treatment of a custom theme, designed specifically for that handset. Sometimes, these themes are awful, and you quickly change them. However, sometimes, they’re rather brilliant, and people across the internet decide they’d like to use that theme on their S60. Unfortunately, default themes aren’t easily traded or sent from one phone to the other, so it’s difficult for these themes to be transferred.
However, today, courtesy of Daily Mobile, we have what I’d like to call the uber-collection of default Nokia S60 themes. Everything is represented here, from the wildly popular Nokia N73 (including the 2 Music Edition themes) to the 6120 and new N78, there’s a smattering of options here for those of us who like the simpler themes.
Personally, I’ve downloaded the set of 6120 original themes, and will likely be using those on my various handsets for the next few months. Also, don’t forget about the official Symbian-Guru theme, which you can find on the sidebar.
