FunCam, Just WOW!

Through The Symbian Core comes to us the news today that Bubble Games, the same people that brought the fun accelerometer-based application Panda Manda, are working on an awesome new concept.

The game should be called FunCam and makes use of the TV-out feature on S60 handsets, as well as some sort of movement recognition feature. If you’re thinking we’re blabbering, take a look at the video that has been posted by BubbleGames on Youtube. It’d definitely be an awesome newcomer to the S60 gaming scene, and probably all gaming scenes in general. Here is the video:

What do you think? I’m speechless, this is a huge step forward, an amazing addition to S60 and a sign of the immense developments that S60 promise. It reminds me a little bit of the Wii, but it takes the motion recognition further than that, by not even requiring you to have a controller in your hands. If this game hits S60 soon, and works as advertised, then all I will say is: Wow, just wow.
