Nokia Pilots Is Open For Registration
Nokia Pilots was announced a few months back, and from what I can gather, it’s essentially like a Beta Labs, only for hardware, which is really neat. It’s free to register, and you have to be chosen, which means just cause you register, doesn’t mean you’ll be picked. There’s a short survey that you’re asked to fill out after creating a profile, and this survey is used to place you in a consumer group, so that the Nokia Pilots team has an idea of which products you’d be interested in and which ones aren’t really targeted towards you.
You can read more FAQ about the program here, and somehow they have a Testimonials link, though considering registration was opened earlier this morning, I can’t see how they’d have any testimonials yet. I would imagine they’ve been using the program internally at Nokia for a while?
Either way, scoot on over and get signed up if you’re interested in giving direct feedback to Nokia that will definitely be taken into account on future devices and services.

Registered this morning
Fingers crossed.!
Wow. The longest part of the registration was remembering how many phones I’ve used. Owned is one thing, but having setup and tested all of the phones for my family members and friends over the years turns into quite a number.
This seems like an excellent complement to the blogger relation program, like the technical side rather than the public/marketing side.
Totally geeked about the program. I’m registered and ready to go!
@jonny- No kidding, that was quite a task! It took me forever to select all the devices I’ve had over the last couple of decades (of course, several from the early early days weren’t there)- once I got them all in there and submitted the registration, I was told that my phone number was already registered and I had to do it all over again in my profile.
What is the exact address for the registration? Or it is possible, that Nokia Pilots isn’t available in Hungary? That would be a shame
how strange I own a n78 and I was not able to choose it as my phone since it was not in the list and when I chose other phone it did not allow me to enter my model….
I tried to register, but it said my phone number already was registered?? Ill have to look into it deeper.:(
registered, love Nokias programs
