This week has certainly been quite the gadget week at the Guru household, with me taking delivery of the Sony Ericsson TM506, Nokia 6220 Classic, my QuikPod, the 2.5mm to 3.5mm headset jacks, and now the Sony Ericsson MBW-150 Bluetooth watch, Classic Edition. As you might have expected, I put together an unboxing video so that you can get an idea of how this baby comes shipped.
The Sony Ericsson MBW-150 Classic edition is not a cheap timepiece, as you can see on Amazon, and the packaging, while a bit excessive in my opinion, is still rather nice, and does a great job of presenting this wristwatch as you open it up.
The watch itself is REALLY nicely built, with a 1.5″ (39mm) wide face and large numbers. With the main part of the watch only 15mm thick, the MBW-150 looks surprisingly like a normal, everyday wristwatch. MobileBurn.com recently reviewed the watch itself, and found that they liked it really well. You can read the full review (with video) here.
So why do I have one, then? Well, you’ll have to wait to see.
