Nokia Communication Center Updated, Now Supports Caller Groups

What a beautiful day it is today. Birds are chirping, the sun is shining, I have hot coffee, and I can finally use Contact Groups on my S60-powered smartphones once again! That’s right, the Nokia Communication Center application has been updated today, adding support for Contact Groups, as well as a new calendar editor and loads of other reported bugfixes.

The Nokia Communication Center is able to function as a standalone application, meaning you don’t need to have PC Suite loaded onto your computer to use it. You can sync with your phone over Bluetooth or USB, and it allows you to do all sorts of great things to your phone, directly from your computer. You can even use it to compose and read SMS or MMS, which is really a killer feature.

Download the new update here, and stay tuned for a special feature on Caller Groups.

  5. Hi Shrikant, Nokia Communication Centre is part of Nokia PC Suite. So it’s not a separate application, only now when it is available in Nokia Betalabs as separate download.
