Hmm, why is it people do not see that any service providing is not desirable for many people? Those services are for lazy, indifferent and incapable users IMHO. Also it’s not a real synchronisation, is it?

So back to the dedicated sync programs: how come one can not sync bookmarks with Safari for _Windows_? And is there not a single program out there which can extract/convert the bookmarks on the S60 device to, let’s say, a bookmark.html and vice versa?

syncing bookmarks also works fine on OSX with Safari. You need Nokia Multimedia Software for Macs.

Syncing bookmarks works fine to MS Internet Explorer and always has done, via PC Suite. From there, you can import bookmarks into any other desktop browser.

While I love the new my.foxmarks mobile site and have been an avid Foxmarks user for over four years now, I do not find it that useful on my phone. Mostly, the bookmarks in there are for a full-featured browser.

I would really like to have a foxmarks-like app that keeps the bookmarks in my devices sync’d. Perhaps a new feature for Ovi.com? The more I can simply backup to ovi, the happier I will be.
