The gang over at MobileIndustryReview has put together quite the Christmas present idea – a charity raffle. It’s really a brilliant way to get toys into your hands, while helping others at the same time, and I’m a huge fan (to be honest, I wish I’d thought of it!) Basically, to enter, you only need to register a donation with either Childline or the United Nations Foundation, both of which you can do online. The minimum amount is $10 or 5GBP, and each donation counts as an entry (so you could, conceivably, donate $50 for 5 entries.)
There is a great selection of prizes, as well, including 2 Nokia 6650s, a Vodafone-branded Dell Mini 9 laptop with bundled 3G data plan, and a handful of Spinvox accounts, among other fun toys.
