Breaking: 5800 XpressMusic For $350 At The U.S. Flagship Stores
I just got word from a friend that the Nokia Flagship Store, in addition to the killer sale that we told you about yesterday, both the Chicago and New York (reports confirm the NYC store hasn’t received their stock yet) stores have just received a shipment of Nokia 5800 XpressMusic’s, the Euro variant (so no 3G in the U.S.), but with a U.S. warranty. I’m told this will be a limited-time run, so if you’re on T-Mobile here in the U.S., or if you don’t care about 3G with AT&T, you should definitely get down to the store.
The units are priced at US$349.99, and these units have a U.S. warranty, which means that if something goes wrong, you’ll be able to use Nokia’s warranty service here in the United States, as opposed to having to try to ship it overseas to get work done. I called the store and confirmed that they only have the Blue variant in stock, so if you’re interested, you’d better hurry and get down there, pronto! Tell them The Guru sent you and they’ll even throw in a free guitar pick and portable desktop stand, free of charge!
I’ve also just received my red 5800 XpressMusic yesterday, and rest assured we’ll have PLENTY of coverage here on Symbian-Guru in the next week or so!
