You’ve likely noticed the iUnlock.com advertisement up there next to our logo for the past few months. iUnlock has signed on as an advertiser here at Symbian-Guru, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce them to you. iUnlock.com is the web face of Warlox Wireless, which is based in Boston at The Shops At Prudential Center, and they’re best known for their ability to unlock and/or unbrand nearly any phone out there, including the latest S60 phones.
I first ran across iUnlock.com several years ago, when I had a Nokia 6230. I believe I ended up sending Evan 2 of the 4 Nokia 6230s that I’ve owned in the past, to have them unlocked and unbranded. This was before Nokia’s NSU application, obviously. Even back then, service was speedy, and I had my phone back – unlocked and unbranded, within days.
Evan and the gang (who I also had the pleasure of meeting at the Evening with S60 Boston event) are able to flash all Nokia phones, including those that might have been damaged by flashing with NSU or other less official software. They can also unbrand most Nokia phones, which can make your phone more stable, but also remove carrier restrictions such as MP3 ringtones, java limitations, and other stuff.
iUnlock.com can now also unlock newer phones, including the Samsung i8510 Innov8, the Nokia N81, and the Nokia E71.
You can find them online at iUnlock.com, or if you’re in the Boston area, drop by their store at The Shops At Prudential Center, 800 Boylston St., Unit HC3, Boston, MA 02199.
We’re really glad to have iUnlock.com on board as advertisers here in the Symbian-Guru.com community, and hope you’ll consider them if, in the future, you need your phone unlocked or unbranded. To our readers: We strive to make sure that the advertisers here at Symbian-Guru are responsible, high-quality companies that add value to your experience with S60 phones. We promise never to use advertising with inline text links or popup ads, and we will never offer sponsored posts. We hope you don’t mind us introducing our advertisers to you.
