I just received my Nokia N97, in white, from Nokia for review, and as usual, I figured ya’ll would want to geek out with me over the unboxing. I’m rather impressed with the packaging, it’s very subtle, and small. I do,however, think the blank panel when you first open the box is lame - like a big tease, but other than that, I like it. I’m also not impressed with the stylus. I wish they would have just left that out, personally.
One really sweet addition to the packaging, though, is the Nokia CA-146C, which is an adapter that lets you connect the N97′s microUSB charging port to a standard Nokia charger. This little thing supports both the ‘large-barrel’ old-school Nokia charger, as well as the newer 2mm ‘small-barrel’ charger. Very nice touch, indeed.
