Dotsisx already explained a bit about photography and Carl Zeiss optics with two lenses through one, one lens through three during her visit to theCarl Zeiss Factory. The N73 was one of the most mainstream cameraphones a couple of years ago and is still being heavily used this day and age. Bio engineers at the University of California in San Francisco have developed their own system using this phone. Attaching the N73 to a light microscope with a battery powered LED lamp, it now can detect and study diseases in developing countries. With text and MMS messaging features they can then send the pictures they take to the labs for further analysis. Pull in some location tagging on the pictures and you can easily monitor spread of diseases.
