Last time we mentioned anything from Igor was in regards to the application XpressAlarm, an antitheft application for Symbian touch handsets. Obviously the developer have been busy and released a couple of more applications since that time. While some of them are mostly for fun other are more useful and
as I don’t know Russian I’ve put the links through google translate.
XpressBeer is a remake of an application for S60 5th edition, that was very popular on Symbian-powered handsets running the S60 3rd Edition. In short you can act like you are drinking beer directly from your handset.
MagicM3U is an application that let’s you choose a folder to play music from. In addition to mp3 files it also supports playback of aac and wma, though I suspect that it requires native support for these formats on your handset as there is no mentioning of codecs included in this application.
XpressCut is another application that is very useful. What it does is that the user can define the start and stop on an mp3 file and then save it as a new file, very convenient if you like to use your mp3 music as ringtones.
SmartTouch is the most interesting application currently on the website. Here the user can use his touch enabled handset to control his computer via bluetooth. Things such as moving the mouse, start applications, control music playback etc. Watch the video below for a look on what the application can do. The only downside as I can see is that it only supports bluetooth drivers from Microsoft.

All of the above mentioned applications requires the installation of Python v.1.9.7 or higher to work. For the complete list of applications such as XpressNote head over to http://soft.mobile-master.org/.
What do you think of these applications? (My N97 is at the repairs so I’m unable to test the applications myself right now)
