The Nokia E55 is an odd duck, with its 20-key half-QWERTY keyboard and all, but from the spec sheet, it also looks to be quite a popular little phone. I had the chance to play with Rafe Blandford from All About Symbian’s E55 yesterday, and from the few moments I spent fondling it, the E55 is definitely a nice piece of kit. It’s incredibly thin, and much smaller than I had imagined. However, that weird keypad just doesn’t sit right with me, but perhaps you’d like it better.
You can read Rafe’s coverage of the Nokia E55 here, and MobileBurn.com just published their review of the phone, as well. I also know that Dan Carter from Nokia World has purchased an E55 on his way here to Nokia World, so expect some coverage over there, as well.
What do you think about this phone? Potential high-seller, or will the keyboard bomb it out?
