@hannonlaw
Very valid point indeed. I didn't think so much about it as I wasn't too interested in downloading media content. (I got burned by puchasing Lenore once from Download!, which had DRM in it).
Would have liked to play a sample of Akiba? to see the quality before a potential purchase.

Still, OVI Store need to allow you to sample media content like iTunes. Can't imagine trying any new media without getting a little sample first.

[...] Nokia has not made any official announcements as to how this re-download option will look when it’s done, but you have to give them credit for acknowledging this issue and making changes so quickly. Also, note that there are several periods of scheduled maintenance for the Ovi Store over the next few days, and this could be related. Great job to the Ovi Store team, and we’ll look forward to an official announcement on the policies for re-downloading content in the near future. via symbian-guru.com [...]

It's really good too see that purchased application can be redownloaded.
That said I see that they still haven't fixed the issue where failed downloads results in the list in "my stuff" to grow. I now have several items listed which are of the same application.

Obviously this will result in "my stuff" being harder to navigate in, in the future as the list just grows and grows.
http://twitpic.com/iuyp8 for an example.

The worst one is the N97 Compass which I tried to download three times in which leads to three of the same items being listed.
