Sweet ! Hating the fact that the E72 doesnt have the Internet Radio app or Podcasting app out of the box.

Podcasting on my N95 was never able to take up playing from where it left off, and it was horribly unable to resume an interrupted download with any accuracy, so I've been desperate for a replacement podcaster, never mind “a” podcaster. It looks like Escarpod doesn't resume playback, but resumable downloads are a great start.

Update: Remembering position is in the feature list, it just doesn't work. The bug reports say “Worked fine in 1.1, just a problem with the alpha”, so the next release should make this a MUCH better application than the incomplete and visually uninteresting Nokia built-in.

yes, I believe once Escarpod is developed into the full blown client with all of its features, it'll really become a Podcasting killer.

The Podcast app you recommend works great on my E72. And they updated the certificate with a new 10-year one. So go right ahead and download it.

I can't install the Internet Radio app in my E72, my guess is that the software update has disabled this possibility

  • Phil

I’m thinking of buying the E72. Does it have the Podcasting application installed now or do I have to down load it as above?
