The guys from Moubail have been very busy doing updates in the background for their iSearch widget and just made the new version public. iSearch, if you remember, is a nice looking and lightweight widget for Symbian^1 that lets you queue in terms and choose between different services to perform the search on, like Google, Google Images, Flickr, Bing, Definr, Wikipedia and more.
The new iSearch version adds a few more services, like Bing search for images, IMDB for Movies, LyricsWiki for, obviously, lyrics and Amazon and eBay for shopping engines. The widget opens the Web browser with each service’s site for the results, but it’s still a very good solution to save time while doing your internet searches.
iSearch definitely has the looks and it’s in my opinion one of the best designed widgets out there. It may not be a real IMDB client like I wished for it or a true eBay application, but it’s a step in that direction. You can get it from Moubail’s page and if you like it, don’t forget to show your appreciation to their work by making a small donation.
